1. Registration and Payment

  • All registration fees must be paid in full prior to the event date.
  • Registrations are non-transferable without prior approval from the event organizer. Transfer requests must be submitted via email at least 14 days prior to the event and are subject to approval.
  • Cancellations made 30 days before the event are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event.

2. Event Access and Badge Policy

  • Attendees must display their event badges at all times during the event.
  • Badges are non-transferable. Sharing badges is prohibited and may result in expulsion from the event.
  • Lost or stolen badges must be reported immediately. A reissue fee may apply.

3. Code of Conduct Compliance

  • All attendees, sponsors, speakers, and volunteers are expected to follow the event's Code of Conduct.
  • Violations may result in removal from the event without a refund.

4. Liability and Insurance

  • The event organizer is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event. The organizer is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the event.
  • Attendees are responsible for their own insurance coverage.

5. Photography and Media Consent

  • By attending the event, participants consent to being photographed and recorded for promotional purposes.
  • Media usage includes but is not limited to promotional videos, social media posts, and marketing materials.

6. Privacy Policy

  • Attendee information will be collected and used in accordance with the event's privacy policy.

7. Force Majeure

  • The event organizer is not liable for cancellation or postponement due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the state where the event is held

Code of conduct

1. Be Respectful

  • Treat all participants, speakers, and staff with respect and professionalism.
  • Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated. Harassment includes, but is not limited to: offensive verbal comments, inappropriate physical contact, unwelcome sexual attention, deliberate intimidation, stalking, and sustained disruption of sessions or events.

2. Create a Safe Environment

  • Maintain a safe environment for all attendees. Physical or verbal threats are grounds for immediate removal.

3. Participate Mindfully

  • Engage with discussions and activities in a constructive manner.
  • Be mindful of shared spaces and respect the property of the venue and others.

4. Follow Event Guidelines

  • Adhere to the rules set by the venue and event organizers, including health and safety regulations.

5. Reporting Incidents

  • If you witness or experience a violation of the Code of Conduct, report it to event staff or security immediately.

6. Consequences of Misconduct

  • Event organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action, including expulsion from the event without a refund.

7. Sponsors and partners

  • Sponsors and exhibitors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and avoid aggressive marketing tactics or inappropriate behavior.
